Nirmal Energy Limited offers wide range of BALTUR Nirmal Energy Limited offers Dual Fuel Burners which are widely used on heattreat and non-ferrous melting furnaces, kilns, ovens, airheaters, dryers, chemical process equipment, and other applications where superior temperature uniformity is required. These sealed-in, nozzle-mix burners for gas and or distillate oil are stable on stoichiometric ratio, with large amounts ofexcess air, or with up to 50% excess fuel. It's Dual Fuel burners are compatible with Gas Light Oil and Gas Heavy Oil.

BALTUR heavy oil gun burner from Nirmal Energy Limited has removable ignition-mix type burner head and adjustable flame tubes. The burner incorporates swivelling flange that can swing on both left and right directions. High performance fan and high-pressure oil pump with electric motor are attached with this burner. It has suction side air control damper with air connection, air pressure monitor, oil regulator, check valves, and oil pre-heaters. This type of burners is available in high/low or fully modulating versions. The turn-down ratio is 1:4

This gas gun burner has fan with higher static pressure and lower dynamic pressure make certain the high energy efficiency of  electric motor. Burner’s head is removable and has multi gas nozzle head with baffle plate, ignition electrode, UV-flame sensor and gas control flap. IGas Burners are with different technologies and version such as single stage, two stage, mechanical, Pneumatic, Electronic Modulation  by  appropriate  air-fuel compound regulation and controls and electric servomotor. All gas burners are available with the Low NOx, CO emission combustion head and internal flue gas recirculation system for a low NOx combustion of fuel  gas. These burners are also offered with  necessary burner control system . The turn down ratio for these gas burners can be achieved up to 1:10.
