The IonRinse system combines powerful AC ionisation, a custom designed airflow distributor and high quality inline filtration to provide the ultimate in ionised air rinsing.The high velocity ionised air exits the IonRinse head unit via the airflow distributor. The control of the airflow coupled with the neutralisation of static charges releases contamination from the container which is extracted to the inline filter unit. By installing and running Dustkiller®-Bio units in these areas (the number of units will be based on the criticality of dust and bio-particle control in the room), we can maintain good control of pollutants in the room over time as long as the Dustkiller®-Bio units are in operation. The units can be left running continuously for excellent control results. Please note that Dustkiller®-Bio units are to be used along with standard procedures for maintaining the rooms such as sterilised wipe-down, fumigation, germicidal UV sterilization etc. The Dustkiller®-Bio units will supplement these procedures.
