Pour into any ice cream churner or softee machine and churn for 8 to 10 mins to obtain fine quality ice cream. direction of usage for delicious milk shake add two teaspoons of victory’s softee ice cream mix to 200ml of milk (less then 10°c) and blend it in the mixer or with a hand blender for 2-3 mins to prepare smooth and thick milk shake. ingredients: sugar, milk solids, emulsifiers, stabilizers, edible gums, addedpermitted colour & synthetic flavors. yield: 1kg if mixed into 1.25 ltr of water will yield 2.50 kgs or expands up to 3 to 4 times by volume when whipped. shelf life: 18 months in dry, powder form under cool and dry condition.
