We are offering ice cream IcyWhipp is a delicious non-dairy analogue cream base for whipping just like dairy whipped cream and widely used as filling, topping and decoration on cakes and pastries. This product contains no milk nor milk fat. IcyWhipp is both fridge-and-freezerstable. Contains No Preservatives. Yield: 1Kg if mixed into 1.25 Ltr of water will yield 2.50 kgs or expands up to 3 to 4 times by volume when whipped. Ingredients: Sucrose, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Milk Protein, Stabilizers (E340ii), Emulsifiers (E471, E472a, E472b) & added Natural & Nature Identical Flavor Substances. Usage: Mix 1 Part of IcyWhipp with 1.25 part of chilled milk or water. Whip for 5-8 mins to obtain the required consistency. Refrigerate the whipped roduct for 15-20 mins at 4°C before Icing.
