The dimming control of Inverter-cum-Dimmer and another system (DC-DC dimmer-stat) is done using potentiometers. The Lighting Control Panel (LCP) has two built-in DC-AC inverting modules and it also provides two dual dual-concentric pots so that it does not look crowded, and it is easy for the aircraft pilot to operate zone-wise control of the lighting systems in the cockpit.
