Back Boring Tools are a combination of Back Boring, Facing & Chamfering tools which are custom built for specific applications. They are developed with Rhomboidal & Triangular inserts with Screw-on Type Clamping.

Spectra Reamers are specially designed for guiding and reaming (finishing holes) using precision ground Blades with special geometry to create good finish and accurate diameter tolerance up to 0.001 mm.

Spindles are used to grind lengthy bores in one setting. Spindles of dia 36 - 100mm and length up to 1500mm can be manufactured with assured accuracy of 0.003mm.

This feature also enables an easy replacement of damaged /worn-out pilots. To facilitate easy chip flow, well-designed gashes and relief are provided on the tool shank. The shank of a normal boring bar is made of hardened steel, but as the LD ratio increases, you can switch to material that reduces the vibrations. Like solid Tungsten Carbide bars. The ability to resist deflection increases as the coefficient of elasticity increases, and Tungsten Carbide has 3 times the coefficient of elasticity of steel. There is also carbide reinforced steel, which is a metal matrix composite (MMC). This is steel with Titanium Carbide (TiC) particles embedded in it. A damped bar is a hollow bar with a vibration damping mechanism in it.
