These nozzles are made of a solid piece of high grade super hard material. There are no joints, so as to ensure smooth path for wire travel. With a material hardness of 90HRA, it possesses an excellent balance between its wear resistance & being brittle. We select the tungsten alloy to manufacture the nozzles by precise polishing ends and hole inside. This material has a hardness over HRA900 and it also has been processed special lapping.
