This brokerage task includes the following work items: • cer sales strategy, including cdm financing; • facilitation of bids and erpa; and • support in erpa implementation • up-front payment on cer's in order to attract higher price from the csr market, eagle technology has a scheme to motivate the developers to spend on improving the life standards of the community living around the project area
