They all come with; heated chocolate tank with thermostat. double heating circuit tank and Archimedean screw – the Archimedean screw is removable for easy cleaning. There is also a backflow to discharge the chocolate. Most models come with a vibratory table as standard The smaller units are single phase, however for the larger ones they are 3 phase.
