We use imported Korean make computerized CNC and bobin machines to produce quilts which allow more than 900 design patterns in variable sizes. Quilting thickness varies between 6 mm to 30 mm for any density foam. We use high quality branded Madura coats, Gem & India threads, non-oven fabric & nylon threads and bobin threads in our products.

The following is the list of mattresses size - 4", 5", 6", 8" and 10", latex top 1" and 2". Heavy density imported foams & clothes are used. We also use high quality rubberized coir, PU foam, heavy density imported foams & poly clothes, Viscos clothes, PCM clothes and Satin clothes for the mattresses manufacturing.
