The EUR-pallet/Euro-pallet/EPAL pallet is the standard European pallet as stated by the European Pallet Association (EPAL). Pallets meeting the requirements to the standardization are qualified for the European Pallet Pool-the system allows for an exchange of pallet for pallet. The EUR/EPAL-pallet is generally a 1200×800×144 mm. These Pallets is a four-way pallet made by high quality wood which is nailed with 78 special nails in a permitted pattern. These are acclaimed for their toughness, carefully designed, tamper proof, durable, easy to handle and are reusable. Quality Checks on Euro Pallets Our Euro wooden pallets use at least 78 nails of a specific type in a prescribed nailing pattern. The final pallet weighs 20 to 25 kg. Only dry wood is used, so that it cannot start to mold afterwards. On the left corner leg the EPAL logo is shown.
