Weigh hoppers are used to weigh materials required for the process. They are also used to store materials and discharge them when ever required with respect to the weight or amount of material required.

Rotary airlocks are used to control the feeddischarge rate of material tofrom a storage hoppersilo. By varying its speed the feed rate of the unit can be increased or decreased. Controlling of fine powder materials is very easy in rotary airlocks.

Batching systems are used to combinemix different types of materials with respect to weight to obtain the required product.

Based on the type of material to be conveyed screws can be manufactured either in M.S. or in Stainless Steel. Screws are used to convey material Vertically or Horizontally. Since the material is conveyed through an enclosed casing, loss of physical properties of the material does not occur.

Belt conveyors are used to convey materials to a long distance with high output. They are also used in assembly section and in inspection of finished goods on-line. They are widely used in cement and power plants to convey Clinker, Coal, Raw-meal, Pozzolana etc.

Roller conveyors are used to convey concentrated loads from one end to another. They are mainly used in steel plants to convey hot plates and sheets. They are widely used in assembly and production line also. They are also used to convey material under gravity.

Bucket elevators are used to convey materials from ground level to a higher level. They are widely used in Flour mills, Rice mills, Food processing industries etc. They are basically trouble free, low noise and can convey high rate of flow.

Weighing conveyors are used to weigh the materials on-line (static) and send directly to the next process required without divertingdisturbing the process.

This system is used to cut the raw R.C.pads as per the set values of length, width and center cutting. The accuracy obtained is very high and has the capacity to cut 150 pads per hour. Man power required is very less and has a very good consistency.

This machine is used to stitch mattresspillows along is periphery. The table can be raised or lowered based on the mattress height. It has a variable speed drive (AC)which helps in stitching at desired speed. A provision for reducing speed at corners is also incorporated.

Trimming and sizing of the R.C.Pads are done in this machine. The system has a continuos blade grinding system. Swiveling type of wheel is provided to avoid blade slippage.

Ribbon blenders are used in industries to mix ingredientspowders to get uniform mixing. The inner blades are Ribbon shaped which allows the material to move forward and back ward to obtain homogeneous mix.

Radius trimming machine is used to trim the corners of rubberized mattresses. The machine has a band saw blade which trims the pad as per the radius set. Once one corner is trimmed the pad is rotated to trim the next corner.

Steam Kettles are used in food industries to boil the pulp of fruitsVegetables. The unit has a dual stirrer which rotates in opposite directions. The unit is made of stainless steel and has a steam jacket which ca withstand pressure upto 4kgcm2. A safety valve is also incorporated to release pressure once exceeded the set limit.

Centrifugal blowers are used for coolingdust collectingconveying powder material efficiently. Based on the requirement the blower is designed for its CFM. The impellers are dynamically balanced to avoid vibrations at high speed.

Cyclones are used to filterseparate dust from the air sucked in. Due to the centrifugal rotation of air, the dust gets collected in the conical chamber and is conveyed out through a rotary air lock. In certain cases air bags are added along with jet pulse filter which separates dust and air very efficiently.

Slat conveyors are used to convey heavy material of odd size and weight such as bagscarton boxmetal chips etc. The machine is very rigid and is used for rough applications.

Pipe bending machine is used to roll the pipe as per the desired radius. A screw rod assembly is provided which can be adjusted as per the radius required. The system has two geared motors which controls the direction of pipe bending.
