Toroidal Cores
Exin produces Toroidal Cores in various dimensions with made to order Customer specification according to IS STANDARDS and equivalent International standards. The Strip Wound Cores or Toroidal Cores are manufactured from coils of CRGO electrical steel to yield closely controlled electro-magnetic characteristics and dimensional accuracy. The requirements are so different that we have no standard types and manufacture according to client requirement.However in order to get shorter delivery time and to avoid tool cost, you can find Exin standard widths & Exin Standard mandrels. The cores are stress-relief annealed in an inert atmosphere to restore the magnetic properties. and then tested for magnetic properties. We are offering cut core. Cut core are ideal for transformer design. Engineers who require one to several thousand transformers in shapes that are unavailable in standard lamination sizes. Cut cores are ideally suited where weight or dimensional requirements are critical and have to be reduced. the cores are wound from grain oriented silicon steel strip and are annealed in furnace under inert atmosphere. The impregnation is done in vacuum impregnating equipment; low-stress and high-viscosity resin is being used. Fine polishing process of cutting surface ensures very good performance of the cores, having low core loss and high saturation. We also manufacture 'non standard' cores to customers' specifications.
