Exin produces Toroidal Cores in various dimensions with made to order Customer specification according to IS STANDARDS and equivalent International standards. The Strip Wound Cores or Toroidal Cores are manufactured from coils of CRGO electrical steel to yield closely controlled electro-magnetic characteristics and dimensional accuracy. The requirements are so different that we have no standard types and manufacture according to client requirement.However in order to get shorter delivery time and to avoid tool cost, you can find Exin standard widths & Exin Standard mandrels. The cores are stress-relief annealed in an inert atmosphere to restore the magnetic properties. and then tested for magnetic properties. Special care is taken in handling and packing in order to avoid damage to the Toroidal Cores.
