FEMCO HPG / HPF / HPM series high pressure filters are designed for installation in hydraulic piping system. They offer operational safety, highest possible cleaning effect, allowing for a cost effective and economic solution of individual filtration problems. This series of filters come in flow ranges from 10 LPM to 600 LPM with various standard end connections to suit all types of fitments and pressure range from 210 BAR to 420 BAR. Well responding bypass valves adjusted within small tolerance. They protect the filter element as well the system against extreme surges of differential pressure during cold starts and severe flow variations.

High pressure filters flange mounted is used for sub – plate mounting to enable space saving. No couplings are employed which results in zero leakage. The other major advantage is the ease of fitment. It is also sturdy in its overall design. This LPP / HPP series filter starts from 30 LPM to 600 LPM. These filters are supplied in various standards viz.,DIN, ASTM, etc. to suit various end connections. These Filters are manufactured using cutting-edge technology to ensure a high degree of accuracy.

FEMCO Duplex Pressure Filters are designed with high performance for their operational efficiency in filtration requirements having continuous operation. While the first filter needs replacement or maintenance, an integrated valve redirects flow to the other filter unit, so as to avoid interruption to flow. This enables the system to work continuously without downtime or shutdown. FEMCO HPGD / LPFD series filters have flow range from 10 LPM to 1050 LPM with pressure ranges from 16 to 320 BAR.

Femco suction strainers is used on the intake side of the pumps so as to strain contaminents which could cause pump damage. The SF series starts from a flow of 5 GPM to 300 GPM. Custom suction strainers can be designed and built as per customer input for specific requirements.

Femco Inline Filters come with handling medium to large flows, along with inlet and outlet being inline to the connection proposed. They are generally fabricated filters. FEMCO IPF series has flow rates from 90 LPM to 6000 LPM and can be custom designed to suit any standard type connection or even custom end connection.

FEMCO series of return line filters are generally used in machinery and mobile applications, requiring oil re-usability thereby economizing on existing resources. This series of return line filters are designed for tank top mounting which would add aesthetic value to hydraulic tanks as well as act as space reducing while designing compact structures of hydraulic and lubrication units. The RLG series comes with threaded end connections with flow ranging from 40 LPM to 450 LPM and the RLF comes as flanged ends along with flow range from 100 LPM to 2000 LPM.

FEMCO designs and manufactures duplex filters / strainers for various flows. They are fabricated and size can range from DN 25 to DN 500 or more. We can customize flow, micron sizing, inlet / outlet size as well as end connections based on specific custom requirements. Optional accessories like Differential Pressure gauges / switches as well as auto-change over systems can also be incorporated within this product.

Femco self-cleaning strainers are designed for continuous operation with removal of dirt, slug, and debris in water as well as some oil applications. FEMCO Fill strainers are used in filling of new oil / fuel into tanks. This strains any particle present in the oil / fuel medium used. They are custom built as per customer requirements. It is made out of brass, steel and plastic material.

Our air exhaust muffler superbly quiets exponentially perceived noise (EPNdB). The muffler satisfies the need to muffle explosive air exhaust noise discharged from valve exhaust ports to a comfortable quiet zone. Thus substantially improving equipment performance. Femco series of muffler assembly’s are constructed entirely of corrosion resistant material for long life and maintenance free performance. These units are provided with HEX HEAD, making it easy to attach to exhaust ports. These mufflers are also designed to deal with the demanding service problems associated with desiccant regenerative type air dryer.
