IAFIPL Pulse Jet Bag Filter (CIRCULAR) offer excellent filtration efficiency for a wide variety of process dust and fume control systems. The low tangential (side) inlet technique allows larger dust particulate to separate from airstream below bags section rather than traveling through media array. Top bag removal is much easier to complete and takes less time per media element. It is also much safer to complete a top bag change because personnel do not need to enter the dirty air plenum

All Fluid Dynamics CPF Systems, both Model 100 and 200 series, operate using parallel filter circuits that permit continuous, uninterrupted process filtration. In operation, one filter housing/element assembly is on-stream until a predetermined differential pressure is reached(Fig. 1). Then, by operating the two handwheels, the spool valves are repositioned, in proper sequence, to progressively close off flow to the housing containing the “dirty” filter elements, and divert flow to the off-stream housing containing the clean filter elements (Fig. 2). Vent valves are incorporated to purge the air during the filling of the off-stream housing to maintain balanced system pressure and prevent entrainment of air in the process stream. Upon completion of the changeover sequence (Fig. 3), the “dirty” housing/element assembly is removed and replaced with a clean assembly.
