  Purpose: Wetting and Soaking of Raw Silk on Small reels before Reeling. Specifications: Capacity: 20 Reels                              Length: 1.54 Mtr                               Width: 1.09 Mtr Power Requirement: Single Phase 1/2 HP Standard Specifications: 1. The Vacuum Tank chamber shell, Top Lid and Bottom plate are made of 3mm Stainless Steel 304 grade material and neatly polished. The size of the chamber is 750mm diameter and 625mm i4 Height which holds 20 Reels per Batch for Permeation. 2. The Vacuum Chamber is fitted with a 0-700 mm/Hg vacuum Gauge, Air Inlet Valve, S.S/Brass ball valves for draining out water. 3. Stainless Steel Flanges are welded on top of the chamber and lid and a groove is machined on top portion Flanges in the Chamber and Neoprene rubber gasket is provided to prevent air leakages. 4. The Vacuum Pump with a 0-250 Liters per minute air displacing capacity is supplied where the vacuum created in the chamber is within 20 seconds. We use the best quality vacuum pump so that frequent maintenance is not required. The Vacuum Pump, Air Expansion Chamber and Vacuum tank are interconnected by a 25mm Nylon braided hose Pipe. 5. Air expansion Chamber is provided in between Vacuum Tank and Vacuum Pump to prevent moisture and water particles enter in to the Vacuum Pump. 6. Four Numbers of Reel Immersion Stands are supplied.

 Machine Frames are made of Cast Iron. Bottom, middle, top and side frames are machined at the joining places. The entire machine is mounted on a MS channel of 75x40x6 mm size which is sturdy and vibration free. 2. The drive arrangement is provided on one side of the machine and is simple in construction for easy maintenance of Gears, V Belts and other parts. The machine is designed to run in three speeds i.e. 120, 150 and 180 RPM. The Motor is of I.S.I quality. The machinery is fitted with appropriate Starter of standard make. 3. In the Transmission system the gears, Sprockets and other materials are of EN8 Material Hardened and Ground. Nylon gears are used in the machines where the friction produced is less and Wear and Tear is minimum hence the life of the gears is increased. Totally Sealed type Ball Bearing and pillow block bearings are used for friction less Drives. 4. Reeling Basins are made of 20 Gauge Stainless Steel 304 grade, with four partitions with Drain Out and Over Flow valves provided. The Steam and cold Water connections are provided to each Basin. 1/2" S.S.Ball valves are provided for controlling the Steam and Water. They are inter connected through a l0 mm, 14 gauge Copper tube. 5. Machine is fitted with Sensitive Individual Reel Stop Motions to stop the reel automatically whenever the tension in the reeling thread increases. Effective Planetary type thread distribution is provided to avoid silk ridging. 6. Jette bouttes are made of Nylon material fitted over SS/Brass Sleeve having a hole of 6 mm firmly fitted over a Stainless Steel 304 Plate 2mm thick. The Fasteners in the Jette boutte Plates are of S.S material to prevent rusting. Plastic Croissure pulley of good quality is provided. The drive to the Jette Bouttes is provided by a Jette Boutte Gear Box by a 5mm dia Polyurethane belt. The Clutch System is provided to stop the Jette Bouttes whenever required. 7. Reels are made of Nylon material of 100mm width and 670mm circumference. Nylon Bushes with buttons and spring are provided to the reels and groves are provided on the Chromium plated Reel shaft for effective contact with reels. 8. Nylon Button clip mounted on S.S L Clamp is flexible in motion to avoid breakages of yarn due to interruptions by slubs in reeling. Good quality reeling Buttons of exact hole size is supplied. 9. The motor stand and the top portion of the machine is covered by a 20 gauge C. R. sheet. The entire machine is painted with light Grey paint. Chromium plating, Nickel and Yellow plating is done to avoid corrosion wherever necessary. Accessories: Variable Mikki Pulley where the speed can be adjusted to 120 RPM to 240 RPM, Tachometer to read directly the Reeling Speed, Brushing Unit, Electrical Panel Board and Generator will be at extra cost. 

Purpose: Packing of long skeins silk yarn of 5 kg capacity. Specifications: Length: 0.9 Mtr                             Width: 0.35 Mtr 1. The Book Making Chamber size is I 20x350x700 mm. It is made of 16mm thick plate cleanly machined and Powder Coated or Chromium Plated on either side of the chamber. 2. The Upper Jaws are made of 40mm thick seasoned Teak wood and reinforced by 8mm thick M.S Plate. Locking arrangement for the top jaw is provided. 3. The Bottom moveable Jaws are made of 40mm thick seasoned Teak wood and reinforced by a 8 mm M.S.Plate. 4. The motion to the Bottom jaw is given by two Screw Rods which give uniform motion and they are connected by a Helical Gear through 25.4mm Shaft and Handle which provides smooth and quick motion. 5. The bottom frame is made of 35x35x6mm MS Angle.

  Purpose: To Make small Silk hanks of Standard Length which is used to determine the Denier of the thread. It also can be used for single cocoon reeling. Specifications: The Epprovate is hand operated and is fitted with an Analog Revolution Counter which can be preset. It is provided with aluminum hub with four spokes in which two are collapsible. The circumference of the reel is I .125 Meters accurately.We also manufacture Motorised Epprovates.

Purpose: Stifling and Drying of Cocoons, Pupae and Silk waste Specifications:Capacity: 20 kg, 35 kg, 50 kg, 75 kg and 100 kg drying Capacity can be made. It can also be designed to Customer Requirement. 1. The Chamber is made of 18 gauge C. R Sheet outside and inside depending upon the capacity. Cocoon Trays are made of 1/2" Square G.I Mesh or Aluminum perforated trays depending upon the requirement. 2. The glass wool Insulation is provided on all the sides to prevent heat loss. 3. To Control the temperature, Electronic Digital Temperature Indicator with Controller or Blind Temperature Controller are provided to control and indicate Temperature as per the customer requirement. 4. For better air circulation inside the chamber, fan with suitable motor is provided. 5. The heating arrangement is provided by sheathed Air Heaters. For Safety M.C.B, Fuse, Starters and Thermal Overload Protection Relay for fan motors are provided. 6. The temperature Control accuracy is +/- 2°C and it is finished with heat resistant aluminum paint internal and external with Opaline Green color.

Purpose: To determine the Denier of the thread Specifications: Range       : 0-40 Denier                             Sensitivity : 0.25 Denier                             Accuracy   : 0.25 Denier The Denier scale is designed to determine the Denier of the thread. For this measuring Silk yarn of 450 Mtrs accurate length is required. This is obtained by using the Epprovate. The equipment has good sensitivity, repeatability and precision. The Denier Scale is mounted on a tripod aluminum stand and is provided with Chromium plated leveling Screws, Knife Edge Support, Stainless Steel Pointers and Pivot for leveling.

  1. The Outer and Inner Perforated vessels of the Cooking unit are made of Stainless Steel 304 grade 18 gauge material. 2. The Stand is fabricated of 35x35x6 mm M.S. Angle and the top portion of the Cooking unit is covered by a Stainless Steel tray of 304 grade 16 gauge thick. 3. Steam Connections to each of the Vessels are provided by a Copper tube 10 mm 14 Gauge with 1/2" Control Wheel Valve IBR approved from I" M.S C Class steam line pipe. Stainless Steel Ladles for cooking is supplied for individual Pans. 4. 1 1/4" G.1 C Class cold water pipe line is provided on top and fitted with good quality Valves for supply of cold water to each pan. For draining out waste water 20mm Gun Metal or Brass Ball Valve is provided.

Purpose: To Sort out defective Cocoons which affects the Reeling Performance and quality of Silk Specifications: Length: 2.5 Mtr                             Width: 0.6 Mtr Power Requirement: Single Phase Standard Specifications:1. The Sorting Table is designed for manual operation. It consists of a Hopper made of 18 Gauge CR Sheet which is Powder coated for smooth finish. 2. Rectangular Table is fabricated with 20 Gauge C.R Sheet box type with semi translucent milky Glass fitted on top. 4 Nos Fluorescent tubes of 40 Watts are fitted below. Sliding arrangement is provided for easy maintenance of the Lights without removing the Glass. 3. The legs are made of 25X25mm 14 gauge Square Pipe and Cocoon Collector is provided at the other end. 4. Internal electrical wiring is done without affecting the sliding movement and a D.P switch is provided.

The bottom frame and top frame of the machine is made of rectangular and square 12 Gauge Steel tubes. 2. The entire Machine is covered with 18 Gauge C.R sheet on all sides, top and bottom, The bottom portion of the Reeling Machine is covered by 24 gauge Stainless steel 304 grade, and fitted with Exhaust Tubes for moisture removal. The entire machine is mounted on a MS channel of 75x40x6mm size which is sturdy and vibration free. 3. 5 Silk hanks re- reeling in each window can be done. Each window is covered by a tilting spherical cover made of 2.5 mm transparent acrylic sheet for effective drying of Silk and to prevent heat loss. 4. Each reel is of 1.5 Meter in circumference, the hub is made of LM6 Aluminum material with 6 spokes in which 4 Nos are fixed and 2 are collapsible. Brass wing nuts are provided for the collapsible spokes. The wooden Battons are made of good quality seasoned Teak wood neatly polished. Proper Individual Brakes are provided for each reel so that they do not rotate in the opposite direction and stop with minimum rotations. 5. Nylon Bevel Gears of 16 teeth and 25 teeth of 3 Module are used for traverse arrangement where the friction produced is less and wear and tear is also minimum and life is increased. The traverse system is designed to obtain Neat Diamond Formation of Silk on the reels. 6. The Drive System is provided on one side of the machine. It is fitted with a motor 960 RPM of I.S.1 Quality and the chain drive is provided for effective transmission of power. It is designed to run at three speeds i.e. 120, 150 and 180 RPM. The machinery is fitted with an appropriate starter of a standard company. 7. Steam line pipes are of 42mm diameter. 5 Nos C Class ISI M.S Pipes are provided. The main steam header is of 100mm diameter and condensed Water Drain of 50 mm diameter. It is fitted with a Float Type Steam Trap, Pressure Gauge with Siphon, condense water draining valve and I " Steam Stop Valve which ensure proper drying of Silk. 8. Sealed type Ball Bearings and Pillow Block bearings are used for smooth, frictionless drive and less power consumption.
