Here we use epoxy glue 5000 with both Resin and Hardener in Thick Paste form and the ratio of Resin and Hardener is 1:1. This is applied in a thin layer on the 4 sides of the block as a primer followed by wrapping the 4 sides by net of 500 gm and then applying the Epoxy glue 5000 again so that it bonds with the primer applied on the surface of the block.

Jointing Methods : A) Cut the pipe of required length & clean the endB) Chamfer the cut edge on the pipe for easy entryC) Mark the depth of insertion on the pipe end.D) Roughen the pipe insertion surface (Externally) & socket of the fitting (Internally) by using emery paper.E) Apply a thin coat of RONAK PVC PIPE ADHESIVE on the roughened surface with a brush.F) Avoid excess solvent cement. Insert the pipe end inside socket fitting fully and turn through 90 for even spreading of solvent cement. Hold the joint for about 3 minutes.G) Cure the joint for 24 hrs. for a proper and permanent joint. Caution : Keep out of reach of children.
