Air source Heat pump is a device which extracts heat from air and transfer heat to the water. Main components of heat pump are   Evaporator Compressor Condenser Expansion valve Fan Function: Fan draws out side ambient air in to the heat pump and pass through the evaporator coil. In the evaporator coil, the refrigerant can turn liquid to gas at very low temperature. This gas compressed by compressor to elevate the temperature and pressure.
