Bellows offered by us are designed based on E.J.M.A. guidelines and our standard range comprises of Bellows from 1/2" NB upto 12" NB, in single and multi-ply construction for different working temperatures, pressures and movements. We offer short, medium and long movements from our standard range. The movements specified are for equal rated compression and extension about the free length of the unit. It is permissible to "cold draw" the units.The standard range of bellows are available for maximum pressure rating upto 16 bar and temperature rating upto 750°C. For high pressure ratings multi-ply Bellows are recommended and can be offered.The standard material used by us are stainless steel in grades AISI 304, 316L and 321 depending upon the requirement of working temperature and environment. End fittings can be provided, such as, flanges, pipe ends, tie-rods etc.The Cyclic life of a Bellow depends upon the extent to which it is stressed under optimum working Pressure, Temperature, Axial and Lateral deflection. To achieve a long life. a Bellow must be operated well within the maximum design parameters for both deflection and pressure.The quality control and manufacturing procedures adopted meet the requirement of all major companies, National and International Standards. Quality control checks are conducted at various manufacturing stages resulting in a high quality end product.Besides our standard range, we also undertake design and development of specialized Bellows for specific applications.    

We are offering mechanically formed hoses. This annular corrugated hose is manufactured by continuously processing the material on a high speed automatic forming machine. The annular corrugations do not get twisted when subjected to elongation and contraction, has better pressure capacity and can be fitted with re-usable fittings. They have good flexibility, high strength, and are heat resistant and pressure tight. These hoses can be used to convey most kinds of fluids, gases and liquids, chemicals etc. And can function to absorb reciprocating motion, thermal expansion, vibration and misalignment. Stainless steel wire braiding can be provided higher pressure ratings and external protection.

We are offering hydroformed hose. These hoses are manufactured using elastomer water hydroforming technology whereby we are able to obtain a high profile corrugation in both, single and multi-ply construction. In this process, one corrugation is formed at a time within intricate tooling and therefore, to very close tolerances.

Different types of Expansion Joints in single and multi-ply construction is offered.Tie rods, Internal Liners, Supports etc. are provided where-ever necessary.Bellows are produced from Austenitic stainless steel in grades of AISI 304, 316L and 321.End connections are made in stainless stell AISI 304 or Carbon Steel.We have specialized in Expansion Joints for Diesel Engine exhaust.All Expansion Joints are manufactured based on E.J.M.A design calculations.

High precision thin walled hoses are offered by us in single and multi-ply construction suitable for high vacuum and high pressure applications. Minimum wall thickness offered by us is 0.10 mm with a minimum inner diameter of 8.00 mm. These hoses can be offered with and without "bright annealing" to suit different applications.
