Hygienic: Water does not smell or get heated in summer and can be used for storing drinking water and milk. The tanks are made from food grade resin, certified by CFTRI. Color: Comes in different pleasing shades matching to the interiors and exteriors of buildings. Maintenance: Maintenance free and can be easily repaired in case of damage. Mobility: Light in weight, unbreakable and hence can be easily shifted . Pultrusion Machine For manufacture of FRP profiles, Up to 200 by 500 wide profile size. we have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that is spread over an area of 30,000 sq. ft. We have installed the latest machinery at our unit that helps in faster production at cost effective prices.

ICP’s Monoliths and Pylons have been used by all major oil giants to build brand awareness in their retail outlets across India. These imposing signs help divert traffic in to the retail outlets, by proving advance notice to the customers about the location of the outlet. It is very common to see pylon signs on or near main streets. Manufactured of aluminum & steel, the structures are made for long term usage. ICP engineers to exact specifications, and can typically withstand wind loads up to 55m/s. They have an engineered steel structure, with internal lighting and aluminum cladding. The lighting arrangement is designed for easy access and maintenance. The aluminum cladding is specially imported from Mitsubishi, Japan, and has a special ‘Fluorocarbon’ painting, guaranteed for 10 years against fading. The polycarbonate material for the logo is imported from GE Lexan, and is UV resistant (protected against discoloration). ICP fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) gratings has not only been engineered for strength, but also to overcome corrosion problems normally encountered in chemical, electronic, food, beverage, aircraft, automotive, plating and textile industries, where corrosive products are encountered. These are areas where metal gratings rapidly deteriorate, causing a constant maintenance problem. Our fiberglass products weigh approximately 60% less than steel, which reduces installation costs. ICP’s fiberglass chemical tanks have a longer service life than steel tanks, thus saving money in the long run.  Corrosion Free: Our fiberglass reinforced chemical tanks eliminate the need for additional corrosion protection, such as exterior painting and cathodic protection systems for above ground and underground installations. Because of the impervious nature of our fiberglass tanks, the need for costly maintenance and repainting is eliminated, thus offering considerable savings when compared to steel tanks. And due to the anti-corrosiveness of ICP's fiberglass tanks, the risk of environmental contamination due to chemical leaks or spills is greatly reduced.Fire Retardant: ICP's fiberglass chemical tanks, when manufactured using certain FRP resin systems, can service multiple processes.
