Poles from group bus bar are sealed using rubber grommets to eliminate the problem of terminal/ inter cell connector corrosion and electrolyte leakage. High volume porosity and low electrical resistance polyethylene quality separators are used in between tubular positive and pasted negative plates. Special designed vent plug are used for rapid filling and topping up of cells. Battery boxes are powder coated or lined with FRP to make resistant to acid.  Batteries will be supplied in dry charged condition upon request.
