The founder of K Technologies has the expansive industry experience, with domain expertise in this field, and is supported by extremely experienced and well‐balanced team that manages the selling schemes and growth projections. K Technologies provides quality security solutions in and across Karnataka that includes residential/commercial facilities. Our most significant competition is from small to mid‐sized agencies that are considered closely matched to our firm, based on size and service line, that operate in a narrow market in the Karnataka Region. However, none of the competitors have analyzed this business plan or offer the extensive line of services that our firm offers with a client centric approach in our market segment. There are large well known security Device firms such as ABC, XYZ Inc., etc.. These companies are generalist in nature and do not concentrate on a niche market. Furthermore, they tend to hire brokers who have limited experience, suffer from high turnover rates, and are centered on servicing a high volume of customers. As a consequence, these larger competitors tend to adopt a "mass production" approach towards the industry and lack customer focus in their service delivery. K Technologies capitalizes on the significant weakness of the direct rivals to build the firm as a market leader.
