Finished Capacitor Testing System, Model-FCTS-10 is designed to test finished wire type AC Capacitors with PP can of max dia 40mm and 200mm including wire length. Testing Cpacitor is to be loaded manually, job will be transferred to next station. HV test done in the station 2, discharge through resistor will be done in station 3, direct discharge done in station 4.value and tan-d measurment will be done in station 5. Good Capacitor will be sorted in the same station and reject Capacitor will sorted in station 6.  

Automatic capacitor winding machine, Model AWM-4E is designed for the production high quality capacitors on plastic core for AC and power electronic applications. This machine has features like "Touch screen monitor" for setting winding parameters, with 200 pre-stored programs for fast change over of settings and push buttons. for frequent operation.

Auto Capacitor Element Test System, Model ACTS-100 is designed to test the metal sprayed AC capacitor elements from 30mm to 100 length of diameter 16 mm to 50mm with auto feeding and above Ø50mm and up to Ø70mm with manual feeding on to conveyer. Testing elements is to be loaded to the Vibrator bowl, conveyer system brings elements near to Pneumatic robot, which picks and place the elements to the test jig. The test jig takes the element to different testing points and segregates good and rejected capacitors to different bins. Highlights Horizontal rotary indexing Jig for elements holding.
