The hospital-wide Code-Blue Alert feature, if selected, is useful in the case of a patient in critical condition, where the nurse cannot leave the patient and needs the immediate help of a trained medical rescue team (who are trained to attend such types of calls). Computerized Response Monitoring allows the tracking, Record and Audit of all call traffic to nurse stations and comes equipped with the feature of displaying an alert on the matron’s desk if the call is not attended in the prescribed time limit. An SMS facility is available on option, in case the rescue team or the physician needs to be alerted during an emergency.
