valve lockouts are available in 3 sizes to lock your valves from 9.5mm (38") to 200mm (8"). These simple, easy to use lockouts clamp over the valve lever, preventing the valve from operating, and lock in place using our Lockout Padlock.

This valve lockout is constructed from tough nylon and stainless steel to avoid corrosion. It is used for precise locking of closing/opening of the ball valves of various sizes and makes. It is designed to lockout almost all kinds of valves of varying sizes and geometric handle dimensions ( round, square or flat ) up to 1-1/4” thick x 1-5/8” wide and various lengths. Valves can also be locked in the ON or throttled positions for non lock-out applications.   Instructions for use: Compress the handwheel knob to open clamp Place the valve lockout on the valve handle Rotate the ball valve lockout arm against the pipe in the direction of the valve rotation Turn the handwheel clockwise to tighten the clamp against the valve handle Place padlock in the locking cleat assembly

Turn the circuit breaker to the OFF position Clamp the lockout device onto the circuit breaker toggle in the off position, using a small screw driver Tighten the screw Place the lock through the hole in the device to prevent accidents to the screw Verify that the circuit breaker can not be turned to the on position

This Group Lockout Box is a metal box with a lid on the top  that contains a keyhole slot. It is made of heavy duty steel, powder coated for extra rust resistance and can accomodate upto 17 Padlocks on the lid. It is portable, has a lockable storage compartment and also group lockout compartment.   When to use group lockout box?
