Paper band cum magnetic coolant filters are fabricated in steel. the entire unit is fixed on a coolant tank with a pump to supply coolant to the machine. The contaminated coolant liquid is first passed through the magnetic filter which separates almost 95% of the ferrous particles. The liquid further paper is clogged by contaminates the coolant level raised on filter and actuates the float switch which starts the geared motor and fresh paper from the roll is pulled forward automatically. only paper band filter for filtering non ferrous partials also will be supplied.
