Rotary Switches
Our range of Rotary Switches incorporates wiping contact design concept to meet consistent standards for industrial applications. Safety, durability and quality, with a beam of distinguishing features are what our Rotary Switches stands for. The Rotary Switches are based on packet principle. Moving contacts are operated through an insulated spindle by means of a positive indexing mechanism, while fixed contacts are positioned in the packets. This complete assembly of contacts and mechanism is manually rotated with suitable handle. Rotary Switches are basically designed for manual operation and essentially recommended for on-load switching of resistive and inductive circuits. This design permits infinite combination of circuits, variety of attachments and accessories to meet any standard & non-standard specification. Special FeaturesNon Ferrous Material, like Phosphor Bronze etc. is used.Switches incorporate air-break type wiping contacts operating on rotary action, thus making and breaking the required circuit between fixed & moving contactsManufactured out of specially selected contact materials and housed in anti-tracking quality molded packets Applications Motor Operated MechanismsLiftsConveyorsControl PanelsMotor Control CentersMachine PanelsLifting Gear, etc. Used In Electrical IndustryConstruction plants ManufacturingPaper Mill Cement Manufacturing Raw Material UsedBrassMild SteelPhosphor Bronze ABS Colors & packaging Available : Yellow plate and grey shade housing, Carton Box Packing

Range of Limit Switches incorporate spring return design concept to meet consistent standards for industrial applications. Safety, durability and quality, with a beam of distinguishing features are what our Limit Switches stands for. 1 N.O. 1 N.C. contacts are single pole, double throw- one circuit normally opened and one circuit normally closed. The Limit Switches been tested at ETDC as per IS / IEC 60947-5-1 : 2003. Non-ferrous materials, like phosphor bronze and stainless steel are used and all the parts are anti-corrosive material and paints. Spring return, Snap action, Quick make and Quick break contacts are special features of Limit Switches. Limit Switches are basically used to control electrical circuits. These circuits are electrically separated, but cannot be used on opposite polarities. Limit Switches are basically designed for modern machine tools, to control starting, stopping or reversing of electrical motors including safety and signaling light, lifting gear, hoists, conveyors, etc. Applications Motor Operated MechanismsLiftsConveyors Control PanelsMotor Control CentersMachine PanelsLifting Gear, etc. Used In ElectricalConstructionManufacturingPaper MillCement Manufacturing Raw Material Used Brass Stainless Steel (304)Phosphor Bronze Colors & Packaging Available : White Shade, Carton Box Packing

Auxiliary Switches
Auxiliary Switches have silver-plated fixed contacts, made out of brass, held in molded melamine switch plates. In Auxiliary Switches, the silver-plated moving contacts, made out of phosphor bronze, are molded on nylon coated central shaft. The Auxiliary Switches come with Screw Type or Slot Type. Also, there is arrangement for Snap Action or Wiping Type Mechanism. The Auxiliary Switches are widely used in switching mechanism.
