We have large bank of used gas turbine which can be supplied and erection & commissioned at the customer site immediately.

Used MTU & Tedom gas engines are difficult to find, however ever so often we are able to root used gas generator. These generators are high in demand & do not stay in our possession for a prolonged period. We revive the used generator or bring them to their most latest scheduled maintenance interval. Enerzea is also able to guide you in modifying gas engine configurations to different types of fuel gas (e.g. from natural gas to producer gas).

Rather than being dependent on a particular manufacturer for the construction of these plants, we build the power plants to suite the requirements of our clients as accurately as possible using the most applicable components available for each particular project. While we source the core components for our projects from international manufacturers, we ensure as much local content aid is included as possible in the project host country.

Standard output for LPG engines is declared for 100% Propane (C3H8). Operation on pure propane is strongly recommended. However it is possible to operate engines also on Propane-Butane mixtures down to 40% of Propane. For operation on Propane-Butane mixtures maximum engine power must be de-rated as specified in datasheet of particular engine model.

Salient features: Sliding gear starter 24V, 2 x 9 kWe. Flexible coupling, interconnecting bell housing, service opening so that replacement of the rubber element can be achieved without displacing engine co generator. Gas supply through venturi air-gas mixer with electronically controlled gas metering valve. Electronic speed governor for speed and power output control with automatic knocking control.
