These machines are designed and developed for resizing and repolishing of Polycrystalline, Natural and Mono Diamond dies.The machine is manufactured with precision engineering and especially consists of self cantering type oscillating die holder and reciprocating wire clamping device. Die rotation and stroke speeds are continuously variable. All operations are controlled by electronic timer with digital display. Spindle and stroke motors are controlled through AC drives.The model WPA2S and 3S is having same features as WPA1S but with independently controlled spindles. 

The machine is designed and developed for working of reduction and bearing portion of the Tungsten carbide dies. Also the machine can be used for working special tools, extruder dies, round bores of hard metals etc.The machine consists of a high speed grinding spindle and a die table. The needle fixing is by collet arrangement. A precision 3 jaw chuck is used to hold the dies. The spindle stroke, stroke length and the die speed can be varied.The machine works on a special principle wherein both the reduction and bearing zones of the die can be worked in one setting there by producing the concentric dies.

The simple and manually operated ultrasonic machine consists of an ultrasonic generator, drilling head and die table. Drilling head assembly consists of a sandwich type piezo ceramic transducer, which produces fine and continuous ultrasonic power. Ultrasonic head up and down movement is by rack and pinion mechanism. Die table assembly is with counter weight balance.

The Machine is designed and developed for bearing formation and sizing of TC Dies. The machine is manufactured with precision engineering and a combination of lapping & ultrasonic power is used for working the bearing lengths of TC Dies. The main advantage of this machine is that it produces straight bearing with good round, closer tolerances and smooth surface repeatedly. Many dies can be produced with ease as it drastically reduces the hard manual work of the high skilled operator.

A superbly designed Binocular Stereoscopic Zoom Microscope is used for critical examination of reduction angles and Bearing length of dies of size range : 0.100 – 15 mm.. Magnification : 7X – 45X

The machine is designed and developed for resizing and repolishing of PCD, Natural & Mono diamond dies.The machine mainly consists of ultrasonic generator, rotating ultrasonic head, Oscillating die table and built in needle grinder. Needle fixing is by soldering for Optimum transfer of ultrasonic power. The Die up and down is motorized. The Die pressure is magnetic.The speciality of the machine is that accurate die angles can be produced. The frequency and the amplitude of the ultrasonic waves can be varied. The machine can also be used for working round and conical holes of Tungsten carbide, ceramic and hard metals.The machine is supplied with a set of spares and standard accessories which makes a package and ready to use.

We manufacture Polycrystalline diamond dies in the size range of 0.025–32 mm.PCD blanks are available in 2 types - Self supported and Tungsten ring supported. Also different grain sizes of 1,3, 5, 10, 25 & 50 microns are available .The PCD blanks are purchased from well known manufacturers mainly M/s Sandvik Hyperion (Formerly Diamond Innovations / GE), M/s Sumitomo & SF diamonds etc.Thermally stable PCD blanks are mounted upto a temperature of 1200°C and these blanks are well suited for hot wire drawing applicationsOur PCD dies are widely accepted by different wire drawing Wet and Dry Stainless steel, Medical, Low and High Carbon Steel, Welding wire, Copper & Aluminium condctors, Magnet, EDM Tungsten, Molybdenum, Coatd and alloy wires etc. Right selection of PCD blank and profile ensures perfect compacting of conductors, good surface and long life.

The Grinder is designed and developed for grinding accurate angles with 0.5 degrees on hardened steel and special wooden needles. The Machine mainly consists of a grinding wheel and reciprocating needle holding device. This grinder is used in combination with TC & Diamond die working equipment to achieve accurate die angles. 

A superbly designed monocular Microscope is used for critical examination of reduction angle and Bearing length of dies of size range : 0.010 – 1.5 mm. Magnification : 25X, 50X & 100X fixed

We Manufacture Mono diamond dies in the size range of 0.015 - 1.2 mm.These Mono diamonds are man-made diamonds which are also called as Synthetic Single Crystal Diamond (SSCD).Mono dies are manufactured by using the raw materials purchased from M/s Element Six & M/s Sumitomo.Our Mono dies are widely used for drawing Stainless Steel, Copper, Aluminium, EDM, Tungsten, Molybdenum, Medical, Gold, Silver and Alloy wires etc.,

Mikrotek offers quick, efficient and economical way of checking the die bores using measuring pins in step of 10, 20 & 50 muicrons. These pins are hardened and treated to maintain the diamensions for a prolonged life. the size is either marked on the pins or the pins are placed in a plastic container and then these sre supplied in an engraved polished wooden boxes.

GHCS Pins (Grindened Hardened Cylindrical Setting Pins) are also called as Bearing formation pins or Sizing Pins. These Pins are made of Silver steel hardened up to 55 – 60 HRC. GHCS pins are used for bearing formation on our MTCBRG 6 machine. They also can be used for manual bearing formation.From one pin can do bearing formation for 30 to 100 no’s depending on size and bearing length.

We manufacture Extruder die with solid carbide/ Tool Steel / TC inserts in the size range from 0.4 to 6.00mm. the extruder die is precisely ground and mirror polished to ensure free flow of insulation material. The tip or wire guide is made with Diamond / TC insert. Both internal and external dimensions are accurately ground. The hole is concentric within 5 microns for perfectly guiding the conductor to the center of the insulation.

The instrument is designed and developed for quick checking of die bore sizes with the help of an optical image and customised measuring software. Model no MDDG F is used for check the die size range from 0.005 mm to 2 mm and Model no MDDG M is used for check the die size range from 0.100 mm to 8mm. The main advantage is that the die size can be checked in few seconds avoiding wire drawing and cleaning of the die.  The accuracy of size checking on these diameter gauges is ± 0.5 microns on MDDGF and ± 1micorns on MDDG – 0.1-8.  With the help of this instrument, we can also check the included angle of the conical needles.

Diamond Plated Angle Pins are used for grinding of Tungsten carbide dies. We use specially treated diamond grits, which are electro plated to the shank of the pin. More no of grit faces or cutting edges results in sharp cutting, less clogging and better grinding efficiency. These pins are available in conical shape with cylindrical shaft.
