Demister Pads for Auto Industry made from GI Wire/ SS Wire. Our Air CLeaner Meshes are specially designed to clean gases by filtering pollutants present in the gas, while they pass through the exhaust systems. Demister pad is also known as wire mesh demister, mist eliminator or spray. It is a kind of high efficiency separation device removing liquid droplets from gas or vapor streams, mainly used for eliminate streams with diameter of more than 3μm to 5μm. It has the features of simple structure, light, less pressure drop, big surface, high demisting efficiency, easy installation, operation, maintenance and long service life. According to different materials, they can be divided into metal material demisters and non-metallic demisters. According to different shapes, it can be divided into drawer, wavelike type and embedded mist eliminators. Our products are available in SS300, SS400, alloys 200, 400, 600, 800, aluminum, copper, PFTE, polypropylene, titanium, tantalum and other materials. Specially designed materials can be used for specific applications. For example, alloy 66 is used for demisters to extend service life in sulfuric acid plants; demister diameter with 300 × 100 thickness in SS 304 flat wire used for silk net; demister in monel materials service for distillate water. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, sulfate, medicine, light industry, metallurgy, machine, building, construction, aviation, shipping, environment protection and for fuel gas scrubber. For example, Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene (PTFE) knitted wire Mesh Demister Elements - pads will be used to eliminate/reduce mist from dried air, containing mist of sulphuric acid leaving the Drying Tower of sulphuric acid plant.
