All the bearings are designed for tough reversible applications and long life. Depending on the out put speeds, the gears are arranged in 123456 stage reduction. The reduction ratio required is uniformly distributed on different stages to ensure that the geared motor will have the optimum strength and rigidity. For very low output speeds below 1 rpm in some applications, Helio drive gearboxes are selected. Helio drive gearboxes are a combination of helical and internal gears. The parts are manufactured with high accuracy standards and they are interchangeable. The spares are available at short notice from our works.
