This product is derived from Fruit sugar and cane sugar; hereby we attached the photograph and chemical parameters of the product. As we see it has a very good fermentable sugar. It is in liquid form and pump-able. The So2 content of the product - 2000 ppm It can be reduced to 300ppm also. The brix of the product is 30 and it can be rise to 40 brix also.
