Hot Dip Galvanized Iron Stitching Wire This wire is also made from mild steel wire and is plated with zinc by hot dipped galvanizing process which gives it better mechanical and rust resistant properties than regular Electro Galvanized Iron stitching wire. Even hot dip Galvanized wire is mostly available in 12 x 25 and 17 x 25 Standard Wire Gauges (SWG). Copper Coated Stitching Wire This wire is made from mild steel and is plated with copper by electro plating process. It under- goes a change in color, which enhances the look of cartons. In other respects it is similar to the regular Galvanized Iron Stitching Wire. This wire is available in 12 x 25 Standard Wire Gauges. Pure Copper Stitching Wire The Pure Copper Wire contains pure copper & pure zinc. Since it is made up of Copper there is total freedom from the rusting factor. This wire also gives the cartons a better look due to its golden tanned color. This wire is mainly available in12 X 25 Standard Wire Gauges. Pure Brass Stitching Wire Pure Brass wire contains pure brass & pure zinc. Pure Brass wire not only ensures absolute freedom from the rust, it also gives cartons an aesthetic look. The golden yellow colour of pure brass stands out well against the light brown of the carton, thus enhancing its value. Pure Brass is more expensive than regular wires and hence is used for more exclusive packaging needs. This wire is also available in 12 x 25 SWG. Hot Dip Galvanized Iron Round Stitching Wire Galvanized Iron Round stitching wires are used for a variety of applications. These include stitching books, magazines, cheque books, currency notes, etc. These stitching wires come in several gauges to suit the exact requirements of the customers, namely 20, 22, 24 and 26 SWG. This wire is also made from Mild Steel and is plated with zinc by hot dipped galvanizing process which gives it better quality than regular Electro Galvanized Iron Wire.
