We offer Compact Paper Band Filter that is fabricated for coolant filtration of fluids. These Compact Paper Band Filters are mounted on rollers that provide easy shifting during the cleaning of tank. Compact Paper Band Filters provided by us do not have an electrical panel and the dirty filter paper is wounded on a mandrel that gives the easy disposal, wherein the dirt is collectively stored in a bin. These Compact Paper Band Filter work in a way that, firstly the working fluid with dirt is exposed to finned magnetic separator, and then the fluid is dropped in paper band trough. Furthermore, the float-actuated clutch forms motion from a common drive and indexes dirty filter paper. Here a non woven ( paper ) fabric band is used as the filter media for the separation of the chips from the coolant / oil that is made to fall over it. The filter paper is stored as a roll on the unit and is pulled out by an endless chain belt on top of which the paper rests, after use of the front portion.   This filter is extensively used on grinding / honing machines for filtering cast iron / aluminium / fine steel particles from coolant, where coolant filtration is critical. Filtration levels of 5 to 40 microns are possible. There is no cleaning of filter needed except change of filter paper roll after a long roll of paper ends. When the paper roll ends, an optional “paper end” signal can be provided to fix a new roll.  We manufacture two types of paper band filters namely : Manual indexing paper band filters: Here the indexing ( linear movement ) of the used paper is done manually using a handle & fresh paper is pulled from the roll. Auto indexing paper band filters: Here the indexing ( linear movement ) of the used paper is done automatically & fresh paper is pulled from the roll.
