Uses the principal of intensification to convert the convenience of low pressure compressed air to the power of high pressure hydraulic oil. The small footprint of the cylinder is easily accommodated on compact high performance machines.   Specifications Rated pressure 10 kg/cm². Standard thrust forces up to 5000 kgf. Standard strokes up to 25 mm.   Application To provide a high thrust force over a short stroke using compressed air. Ideal for applications where conventional hydraulics is not used or cannot be used. Widely used in Machining Centers (VMC & HMC).

Hydraulic work support is a replacement to the adjustable screw jack. This is not a force generating element but a resistance generating element.   Specifications Type: Pneumatic forwarding or Spring forwarding. Standard stroke: 15 mm. Support forces: 500 kgf and 1000 kgf (two models). Rated pressure: 250 kg/cm². Special sizes and designs available on request.   Application Hydraulic work supports are used to provide a self-adjusting rest for the work piece during machining operations. They compensate for work piece surface irregularities and prevent deflection and vibration under machining loads.

These cylinders are Pull-Type cylinders where the piston rotates by 90° (CW or CCW) during the swing stroke and then travels in a straight line during the clamping stroke. A solid one-piece construction ensures perfect alignment of internal components and maximum clamping rigidity.   Specifications Type: Double Acting, Top Mounted. Bore diameters: 40 mm to 63 mm. This is a double acting cylinder where the job gets clamped in the piston push direction. During de-clamping, the strap is almost vertical leaving the clamping area clear for easy loading and unloading of work pieces.
