The machine developed is for manufacture of finned tubes. The machine is basically capable of manufacturing various kinds of finned tubes like Embedded fins (G-fins), wrap around (L and LL fins), knurled, soldered fins, etc. Main Purpose of the machine is the process of Continuous finning.Where in there is no limitation of the length of tube being finned. Also it is suitable for continuous production where in tubes can be fed in continuously one after the other. The machine is capable of making Helical continuous fins with various pitches.

The Plate Edge Milling Machine is a Special Purpose Machine developed for edge milling of plates upto 250mm thick with carbide cutters. The machine is capable of doing face milling operation. Also milling head will be given with a tilting facility for carrying bevelling operation at any required angle. Applications : Used for Edge Preparation of Sheet, Plate Edge Bevelling for Heavy Fabrication Works.

Eot crane control equipments suitably adjusted on a Cam Shaft which rotateswith fixed speed ratio of the drive Motor Shaft. The Cams can besuitably positioned so that they trip motor supply and stop the motion at the required point of travel.

Duplex Milling Machine is used for machining of Cylinder Head,Differential Housing etc, Transmission Casing.
