Prefect provides semi and fully automated test rigs for testing of components either for R & D as well as for production in various industries. These test rigs can be a simple one with relay logic or a much complex one with PLC’s & data acquisition systems. The test rigs are tailor made and hence customized as per the requirements of the end user. Fully automated test rigs ensure that there is very little scope for human error and un biased test reports are automatically generated. These test rigs are also provided with interface for connecting data acquisition systems remotely to user and they will be able to witness the tests in real time. The test rigs are designed to give a printout of the test results as numerical data or graphical data.

Prefect provides complete solutions with special purpose machines used mainly for material handling, production and testing. We provide SS bellows and contact shoes which are used in electric arc furnaces. We manufacture bellows from 5 /16” NB to 12” NB in in Stainless Steel Grades. In case of localization for these items we can provide following solutions also.  Bellow forming machine from 6mm ID to 3000 mm ID upto 100 corrugations per bellow.  These machines are using hydro forming process and hence suitable for various, corrugation thickness and perfect omega profiles. We can offer the same in Oil forming or Pure water forming.  These machines can be supplied with complete transfer line viz, Tube forming, Bellow or Hose forming, Pitching, Braiding machines & Testing machines.

We are providing design, development and manufacturing support for manifold blocks which are extensively used in hydraulic solutions. Prefect Hydraulics provides manifold for CETOP versions, Screw-in or logic cartridge versions, In line thread versions etc as per customers requirement. We have manufactured small intricate blocks for the windmill projects, machine tools, mobile machinery etc to the huge blocks for the power projects also. We can provide bare machined manifold blocks and also provided the same fully tested with components either supplied by us or by the customer.

A Hydraulic Cylinder is a mechanical actuator used to provide unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke. Hydraulic cylinders are used in almost every industry and are available in a variety of configurations. There are two main types of Hydraulic Cylinders - Tie-rod and Welded. Each of these Cylinder types can have unique applications due to their designs. Tie-rod Cylinders are usually installed in light to medium duty applications and are generally designed to be repaired or re-packed if necessary. Welded Cylinders are designed for most applications and are more complex in design, but are generally more difficult to repair due to the welded design. Welded Cylinders are typically a better solution due to their compact design and when a more robust design is important in an application. Ground Testing Equipment / Trolley for Helicopter (Rotary Wing Group) and Aircraft (Fixed wing group) We are closely associated with indigenization and development of ground support equipments used for testing of the hydraulic and fuel systems of the Helicopter and Aircrafts on ground. We have several new and upcoming projects in materials handling of aircraft components viz engines, wings etc. during ground repairs and maintenance.  It acts as a source of hydraulic power to operate the aircraft’s hydraulic systems and controls for functional and operational tests without the necessity of starting the aircraft engines.  The Aviation Hydraulic Trolly checks the performance and functional operation for all Hydraulics LRU’s before Flight.  Cleaning / Filtration of MIL Grade Aviation Oil used in Helicopter / Aircraft as specified under international standards viz ISO, NAS, GOST etc.  Pressurize filling of MIL Oil to the Helicopter / Aircraft.  During Emergency ( no power supply ), the operations are completed using the Hand Pump.  Blue Print in house Designing and Tailor Made Solutions as per customer demand.
