This results in the build-up and collapse of large number of minute vacuum bubbles within the liquid. The spray manifolds are fixed at the bottom, top and the sides of the tank. S s high pressure pump of 4 bar is fitted on to the storage tank. High pressure jet is spared on the components to be cleaned. The Trays are provided with lid and with locking arrangement so that the components do not fall down during the rotation of the Baskets during Cleaning process. The Trays are designed in such a way that there is only point contact between the Tray/Basket and components. And the components are accessible by the cleaning agent on all the sides thereby increasing the cleaning efficiency. Some of our customers are Bosch Ltd., Titan Industries etc who are using these trays in DURR Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines. We also manufacture Ultrasonic Cleaning and Spray Jet Cleaning Machines.
