The problem of the overturning of the lower wheel caused by sprayed oil when pressed is avoided. Not apt to cause high heat. With cemented carbide alloy and roller bearing, free of abrasion. That the roller bearing works in a circular motion way can avoid bearing seizure. It has weak frictional force and needs low torque force. Its rotating drive is not apt to be damaged. The reversal device’s speed can reach to 30m/min, increasing 50% compared with common speed of 20m/min. Special structure is adopted to extend its service span. Format: Single style: suitable for coil (thickness is above 0.15mm), single manufacturing product or continuous pressing products. Double style: suitable for coil (thickness is under 0.15mm), short inch material, single manufacturing product continuouspressing. Feeding accuracy: Differ from different rotation speed and feeding length, feeding accuracy normally within 0.03mm. When using dowel pins positioning, feeding accuracy can even reach 0.01mm. Advantage of roller feeder: Durative: many project continuous processing is available. High speed: can reach 600 times per minute.
