SABO constructs a wide range of tunnel dryers starting from conventional ones equipped with reversing fans to modern two-side-ventilated, multiple-zone dryers. These dryers are equipped with such diverse types of fans as double or triple impeller fans with a moving system, conical fans with a moving system or rotating (stationary) conical fans.

Sabo mix is a high speed burner operating with natural gas and L.P.G. It is designed to provide heat in the preheating zone as well as in the main firing zone. That makes this kind of burner a multipurpose product suitable for all zones of the kiln even in areas where the heat provided by the selfignition burners (Sabo Mix) is not sufficient.

Sabo Gas generator consists of a gas fired heat generator suitable for air-thread operation and an electrowelded self-bearing sheet structure equipped with supporting devices, connecting flanges and picking uplifting system. The burner combustion head is made of long life modular elements with high thermal efficiency.

Diesel fueled hot air generators are comprised of the combustion area, which is constructed from stainless steel the gas pipes and the outer casing. The exhaust gases travel through the we offer sabo diesel burner. Pipe system, over several directions before they are expelled through the smoke stack into the atmosphere. The warmed air does not come in contact with the exhaust gases but rather it circulates around the pipes and the combustion area, successfully preheating it and achieving 90% efficiency.

SABO provides rapid dryers with suspended cars which have a daily capacity of 250 to 1200 tons. Drying process is completed between 2 to 4 hours depending on the clay’s characteristics. During the years of experience in rapid dryers constructions, SABO has successfully delivered a number of such dryers in Algeria, Tunisia and Turkey. This specific type of a dryer is mainly suitable for high perforation products. Rapid dryers are most commonly used in North Africa due to their low investment cost, high efficiency, simple operation and maintenance

we are offering Line Mutliwire Cutters. The Sabo line multiwire cutter is a multiwire cutter with rollers that is positioned in line with the slug cutter. It can be equipped with one or two cutting mechanisms depending on the necessary cutting speed and required capacity. It comes in two basic versions: with rollers or with belts. The roller version is simpler having an easy change process of the cutting length. The belt version, ensures minimum deformation of the brick bottom side. It is suggested in case that there is one or two basic cutting lengths.

Double fans have two impellers ranging from 1300mm up to 1600mm diameter and the metal body is made of galvanized steel St 37. Triple ones range from 1300mm up to 1400mm diameter. All kinds of fans can be stationary or travelling on both directions or can be accompanied by conical fans, which ensure an excellent air distribution and mixing. The impeller blades shaping is determined by air flow and pressure characteristics; the right rate of flow per machine allows a reduction of the number of installed fans.
