The mixer is very ruggedly constructed from heavy steel sections, with a fixed mixer pan, all mounted on substantial base frame. The motor is installed horizontally, driving the gearbox through a flexible coupling, with the complete assembly being mounted on top of the mixer body for easy access. The rotating mixer unit consist of two sets of mixing rotors, which rotate on their own axis and simultaneously revolve the around the tank circumference. The planetary type driving system, provides high speed agitation through each of the mixing rotors. Each rotor consist of three mixing arm with replaceable wear blades.
