Manipulator takes the casting from the die and put it to a special fixture on the sandblasting line conveyor. During the transport the casting is being cooled down to the right temperature for surface treatment process. Continuous shot-blasting unit with a special wear-proof steel wire mesh conveyor. The layout consists of a tunnel having the blasting room in the middle section. Turbines are mounted above the conveyor and are orientated in a way to ensure the perfect covering of the most complex parts.
