The controller is installed at sites and intelligently manages and communicates with various wireless sensors, wireless meters and equipment (like generators, ups, precision ac, rectifiers, fuel cells etc.) in coordination with the central servers to help with your energy optimization needs.

We have two types of intelligent diesel monitoring sensors-capacitive fuel sensors(for flatbed tanks up to a tank height of 450mm) and hydrostatic fuel sensors (for tall & large capacity tanks).

6th energy's remote battery health monitoring system automatically monitors the health of the battery (at bank, string and individual battery block level).data captured is analyzed and presented in real time as well on a historical basis. Data can be visualized in both graphical and tabular formats.

6th energy's AC Energy metering system uses customized AC energy meters with CT's. CTs can be mounted in existing ATS panels and external to the AC energy meter. The meters can be used for measuring all types of AC energy devices at site. Data captured is analyzed and presented in real time as well on a historical basis.

6th energy's Temperature and Humidity monitoring system remotely monitors temperature and humidity to enable Predictive and Preventive Maintenance. The system does not require any field calibrations as they are factory trimmed by the semiconductor manufacturer.

Multiple temperature sensors can be installed at a site to measure temperature distribution across points within a MSC, Data center, enterprise building etc. Our Smart temperature sensors detect sharp variations in temperature accurately. The data is available in both real time and historical, and is presented in graphical and data formats over mobile phones and web portals.

6th energy's pfc or dry contact alarm sniffing system is optically isolated to ensure maximum safety. A maximum of 16 channels are available on each module and multiple modules can be combined to achieve higher sensing points.

Energy optimization at a site can be achieved by carefully selecting appropriate energy sources like battery or solar or Genset etc. as well as by optimizing the run hours of Air conditioners and using DC fans as a alternative.

6th energy air conditioner controllers have advanced logic built into them to handle up to two air conditioners. In built contactors ensure reliable and safe switching of air conditioners. It provides a secure mechanism to turn onoff these devices from the central servers as well.

6th energy's application servers collect data on a 24x7 basis from all the sites irrespective of whether a user is logged into the system or not. The collected data is analyzed in real-time using device specific logic without human intervention and alertsalarms are generated through the web portalemailsms as part of our alarm and alert management systems.
