A light grinding may be required to roughen the surface and to remove undue projections- if needed only. Remove the loose paints and weak coatings, ensure a firm substrate for the coating, fill up the potholes and cracks with epoxy filler. B. apply one coat of primer with brush/roller. When the primer is applied, this will penetrate deep in to the concrete floor and act like roots on the surface for further application. Drying time for the primer is maximum six hours. c. high build epoxy filler screed will be applied by spatula and leveler after the primer is completely dried. This is an intermediate coat and drying time for nova mortar is two hours. d. nova self level finish coats can be applied after the screed is completely dried and filler coat applied. Yellow/other colored strips can be drawn if required after the topcoat is completely cured. formulated with environmental requirements in mind, this contains no hydrocarbon solvents and thus meets all state and local volatile organic substance regulations.
