Eloquent Spiral Test Rig The spiral Test Rig is Designed for small batch feasibility test either closed or open circuit ) on site or in on site or in a Laboratory environment. The unit is supplied complete with a 375 liter sump, steel framework, motor, motor starter, 1" x 1.5" centrifugal rubber-lined pump, feed distributor with 4- way splitter, open grid platform, product manual sampler, internal piping and bypass valves, wheel-mounted assembly. Kaplan Turbine Test Rig (1 KW capacity 5HP Supply Pump) a) Test rig consists of a Kaplan turbine designed for laboratory experimental purposes and to conduct test in metric units. The specifications of the turbine are as follows: Normal Speed - 2200 RPM. Capacity-1.0 KW. The unit consists of a cast iron casing, a rotor assembly of shaft, an axial flow gunmetal runner and a brake drum all mounted on a suitable sturdy base. The runner has vanes of aerofoil section. Fixed guide vanes are provided in the turbine to regulate the flow into the runner. A conical draught tube is connected to the turbine outlet by a bend. For observing the flow at the runner exit a transparent window made of thick perspex tube is provided in between the turbine casing and the draft bend. A rope brake arrangement with a set of dead weights and spring balance is provided for loading the turbine. Pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are fixed at the inlet and outlet to measure the net supply head to the turbine. b) Water to the turbine is provided by a centrifugal pump set of 5HP capacity. The pump operates on 440Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz line. c) Other standard accessories include a DOL starter, switch, flow control valve, suitable piping. d) Flow measuring unit consists of a venturimeter with pressure taps connected to two pressure gauges mounted on a panel board. e) The complete test rig is mounted on a storage tank of suitable capacity. The tank is provided with FRP lining for total rust protection.

This is a Universal Test Rig for conducting Performance Acceptance Tests (PAT) for all 5 actuators of a passenger aircraft landing gear. Designed and built by our in-house R&D team, the tests include Proof pressure and Static Test, Static load compression test, Static load tensile test, Dynamic leakage test, Antagonistic Test - Extension, Antagonistic Test - Retraction, Leakage Tests(including long duration testing), Dampening measurement for Aircraft Landing gear actuators etc. This machine is capable of conducting 54 tests for all 5 actuators on a single Test Rig. It can apply pressures ranging from 0.5 bar to 1000 bar using the same power pack. We follow an Engineer to Order(ETO) process and each machine will have its own unique features and capabilities. Hence, specifications like Max/Min length of actuator, Max External load at a certain pressure, max weight of actuator, Min/Max frequency of possible displacement, Highest testing pressure etc. varies with the End Customer requirements.
