We are offering master - automatic volumetric filling machine mlf-2. automatic gravimetric filling machine (multi-head piston filler) model-mlf-2-series (2 heads) with 5 feet ss conveyor:- cost to the supply of one unit, automatic gravimetric filling machine (multi-head piston filler) model – mlf – 2 series (2 heads) filling machine, fitted with an inbuilt stainless steel slat chain conveyor of suitable length and width, capable of automatic intake of empty bottles/containers onto the filling station and discharge after filling the bottles with the help of stop and release lever. The machine is capable of filling flat and round bottles/containers made of h.d.p.e./p.v.c., aluminium glass bottles/containers to an accuracy of + or - 1%. No bottle - no fill device is fitted to the machine. All the liquid contact parts and pistons are made of stainless steel 316 quality attached along with polythene tubes, fitted with suitable electric motor for main drive and conveyor reduction gear box with vfd for speed control complete in all respects. The machine is fully cladded with stainless steel 304 sheet and buffed to bright finish.
