The Power +V3 are an Indoor 33kV VCB Switchgear Panels with current ratings from 1250A to 2500A. We use 33kV ABB VD4 VCB for our 33kV Switchgear Panels and this is latest circuit breaker from their portfolio. This VCB is manufactured in India and supplied worldwide of their plants. Panel shall be constructed with IP4X degree of protection externally and IP2X between compartments. GENERAL FEATURES Modular & compact for better strength and flexibility in extension. Fully Compartmentalized construction for optimal safety and protection For compactness in panels rated upto 2000A special bus raiser panel is provided with bus coupler panel extended in the rear side. IP4X degree of protection is provided externally & IP2X between compartments. Our design enables adequate space for large cable sizes. Even larger cables and additional runs rear extension is provided for cost effectiveness. Independent exhaust vents for all HT compartment are provided for natural cooling and exit for any flue gasses. Dedicated Circuit breaker compartment as per internationally proven ABB design. Cassette mounted ABB Circuit Breaker with draw out feature for easy maintenance and fail-safe safety. Live parts covered by automatic metallic shutters when breaker is racked out. Electrical anti-pumping design avoids mishaps due to mishandling of the breaker. Additional feature includes a separate Racking in/out mechanism which is provided in the breaker which can change from “test” to “service” positions and vice versa with the cubicle door closed. Only Branded and type tested sub components are used in our panels. Current and Voltage transformers are placed in chamber below Circuit breaker to avoid any kind of flashovers which may damage the breaker. Wiring done with flexible copper cable affirming to IS 694 for Longitivity and Durability. Optional integral earth switch can be provided on the cable side for Earthing. We provide Foundation frame as standard supply All hinged doors are provided with gaskets to keep away dust and water from the electrical components. Multiple guides are provided for safe and sure engagement of fixed and moving contacts. Breaker trolley shall be given along with the breaker panel for maintenance.

The 11/12 KV Switching Panel with VCB is suitable for indoor & outdoor applications. The Panel contains the equipments and components complete with bus bar interconnections, control wiring, designation labels, caution notices, EB sealing and pad locking facilities wherever required. Necessary space is provided for entry of H. T. cables from the bottom through detachable gland plates. iCB series comprises embedded pole type vacuum circuit breakers for medium voltage and indoor use. They are suitable for three phase AC operations for 12kV, 17.5kV, 24kV and 36kV and are used for the protection of the electrical equipment in various industries, mining, and especially for medium voltage distribution sub stations, together with suitable air-insulated cubicles.The iCB used German Technology and is available in complete series for medium voltage and for all commonly used rated currents, from 630A to 4000A, and for rated breaking current up to 40kA. The iCB circuit breaker come with a mechanical lifetime of 30,000 operations. The embedding with epoxy resin covers the vacuum interrupter as well as the upper and lower contacts of the circuit breaker, thus creating a full insulation for the internal electrical circuits. The embedding is done with a fully automated process, the APG (automated pressure gelatin) process. Thus, the iCB is no longer subjected to environmental hazards, and is fully maintenance free in this aspect. A special flexible bedding fills the space between the vacuum interrupter and the epoxy resin, creating a cushion that responds to all thermal expansions and contractions, safeguarding the iCB from the occurrence of any electrical gap and therefore flash overs. The embedded pole technology protects the circuit breaker from shock and mechanical stress, pollution and condensation. Flash overs between the interrupters are now virtually a thing of the past. Also, the creep age length of the interrupter and therefore the voltage withstand level (BIL) of the circuit breaker increase dramatically, opening new dimensions in cubicle design.
