EDUCATIONAL VERIFICATION: Process: We validate schools attended, diplomas/ degree certificates and dates of attendance and assist the HR professionals in making the correct decision. In today’s changing economy, more positions require advanced skills, degrees and experience. CRIMINAL VERIFICATION: Process: We will provide verbal as well as written verification for the same. This service is provided on the PAN INDIA Level. Kindly note: India does not have a centralized database, due to which this verification will take additional time when compared to other verification services. ADDRESS VERIFICATION: Process: We verify residential address in terms of the candidates’ tenure of living and ownership (this would be conducted based on only discrete enquiries). REFERENCE CHECKS: Process: We request you to take official reference with whom the candidate was associated with, it can be the person he/she reported to, being reported by or equal level member in the organization. One reference is taken from the candidate and one unexpected reference number will be taken from our end from the person REFFERED by the candidate. This can give a better picture of the candidate (both planned and unplanned information). DRUG ABUSE CHECKS: Happens on 4 Panel, 5 Panel and 10 Panel. Our representatives will visit the candidate’s location and collect the urine sample and get it tested from our labs. Any location in India will take only 24 hours time for the report to be submitted. LICENSE / PASSPORT VERIFICATION: We get the passport and License verified from the concerned authorities. DATABASE CHECKS: We will provide you the complete financial information of the Candidate. SITE VISITS: We send our representatives to the concerned location and take two photographs of the provided address.
