Motoman innovations in the robotic spot welding market include ES-series “Expert Spot” robots with an integrated spot harness. With spot utilities (power, water, air, motor and signal lines) integrated into the profile of the robot arm, automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers realize increased flexibility and higher uptime. Motoman’s patented multiple robot control technology allows close interaction of several arms working on a car body without fear of collision. Motoman’s latest innovation is the 7-axis VS50 spot welding robot. Designed to take full advantage of proven Direct Current (DC) weld timers and servo controlled actuators, Motoman is introducing a series of light weight “mini-guns.” These powerful, compact spot guns weigh less than 50 kg, but deliver high performance with 600 kgf clamping pressure and 15,000 Amps of welding current. The low profile and “elbow” on the VS50 robot allow it to be positioned close to the vehicle. It can reach underneath or inside confined spaces. The 6-axis MS80 robot complements the 7-axis VS50 arm and has a slim profile and longer reach for windshields and pillars. These smaller, faster spot welding robots are designed to be used with full-size ES165DES200D model with larger guns to maximize robot density in a welding station. Pumps are used in gas filling stations to unload the gas into the storage units and dispensing the gas into the refilling units such as automotive vehicles. During the process of unloading and dispensing, the pump motor runs at full speed – 50Hz. Whilst unloading full speed of pump was ok, but same not desirable during dispensing, as small quantity of LPG fills up to customer’s vehicle tank in no time – may be a fraction of a second, Thus most of the time customer’s suspect,on quantity filled in the customer vehicle tank. Also due to frequent on-off sequence failure of contactors was high.

The first PID controller receives the RH feedback from the sensor. The RH set point can be programmed through digital display keypad of the VFD. The output of the PID shall regulate the speed of the water pump to maintain the actual RH value according the set point. The RH of the Textile Plant being maintained by the VFD. There is a logic in the system during which the PID action takes place if RH reaches the set level, then the pump will be switched off automatically

YASKAWA introduces packaging solutions in Automatic Case Packer Machine with MP2000 series controller along with Sigma 5 servo systems .It was successfully installed and tested with Ms Jawla Engineering which are known for manufacturing and supplying of packaging machines. Jawla Engineering is located in Faridabad, Haryana and specializes in various types of packaging machines. The automatic case packer machine has a speed of 2 minutes per carton. Jawla engineering has given the opportunity to YASKAWA for their automatic case packer machine which is successfully installed and working at Ms GPI, Ghaziabad. Automatic case packer machine is basically a carton packing machine used for packing of material cases with minimum use of man power. Case packer machine uses servo system for maintaining equal stock of the cases like cigarettes, tea, coffee etc. and place them inside the carton.
