Fennel SeedsĀ is known as Sounff or Variyali in India. Fennel Seeds which grows well in mild climates, is an oval, green or yellowish brown dried aromatic ripe fruit of an herbaceous plant called Foeniculum Vulgare, a member of Parsley family.
